Cross has come a long way since his humble beginnings a breakout mainstream success and gave him the credibility to keep pursuing his dream. As a young artist who has just turned 21 he has taken a gap year from his university in Paris to come and Dj in Bruxelles for the year. His genre of music mostly focuses on Electro House music but it varies as it some times takes more a Dance Floor approach. Cross did not start producing music for the fame and the money but just so that people can enjoy his music while they are out clubbing or at Festivals. Therefore he has decided to wear a mask, this allows him to stay anonymous and at the same time keep his values. Furthermore his music offers a strange experimental side as it wavers between bursts of clangy syncopation and the ASMR-y sound of dripping water; and Snowcone, which mixes plunderphonics aesthetics with a chunky hip-hop beat.

The album has been billed as CROSS’s attempt at reinventing the Electro House style but aside from the analog approach, it doesn’t feel like wholly new territory, the recipe might be different, but the ingredients are largely the same to keep his usual audience tuned in.
If you take, for example, "Pursuit of Happiness,” a remix lullaby-like track featuring Kid Cudi that starts slow before swelling up into a roaring chorus of synths and big bass.This structure was seized from the famous EDM artist David Guetta as it follows the same formula.
